Chef's Brian & Nikki Podgorski from Roll'd Up and The Salsa Collaborative along with Chef John Gleason bring you this delicious Pop Up.
BREAD is the second part in the "Taste of Asia" series.
Start with a light and fluffy Japanese Egg Salad on Milk Bread. Then share with friends a Banh Mi inspired Philly Cheesesteak, an open-faced Chicken Bulgogi Sammie and a crispy vegetarian Korean Tofu Street Toast.
Of course Bap and Chicken's entire menu will be available as well. And don't miss the chance to purchase some mouth watering hot sauces from The Salsa Collaborative. Including their newest sauce, a joint production with Bap and Chicken called, SEOUL FUEL.
